Sally has over 20 years experience working with body mechanics and structural Yoga Therapies. She specializes in a unique hands-on bodywork system to restore function, relieve pain, re-balance and re-educate the body.

Massage, assisted stretching and joint mobilization techniques will be used to balance the body during your session.

Sally also has over 20 years experience in Ayurveda (the traditional medicine out of India) and Structural Yoga Therapy.
