​Sally has over 20 years experience working with body mechanics and structural Yoga Therapies. She specializes in a unique hands-on bodywork system to restore function, relieve pain, re-balance and re-educate the body.

Massage, assisted stretching and joint mobilization techniques will be used to balance the body during your session.

​​Sally also has over 20 years experience in Ayurveda (the traditional medicine out of India) and Structural Yoga Therapy.
