Sally begin her journey into the Eastern modalities in 1989.  Her passion in life has always been health and healing.  Sally experienced many digestive disorders due to the foods she was eating and stress.  After searching out many western natural ways of healing, she found Yoga and Meditation.  In 1996 she decided to begin her training with Yoga and Meditation.  She is a certified Yoga Teacher and Structural Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist.  As Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, it was only natural to continue her education down the medical path of Ayurveda.

Sally has over 20 years of experience that has created her to successfully assist many individuals with their healing through Massage, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda.  Her passion is to teach people to reach their highest potential as an individual through a holistic approach.
